A riporto del Regional Area Manager, la posizione seguirà gli intermediari presenti nel territorio di riferimento nei riguardi dello sviluppo profittevole del portafoglio assicurativo gestito in base ai piani declinati dalla Direzione Commerciale della Compagnia.
Attività Principali
- Supportare gli intermediari ed i loro collaboratori nello sviluppo dei singoli prodotti in tutte le linee di business, nonché nella formazione sui prodotti stessi
- Seguire le attività di cross selling, up selling, riforma e manutenzione dei portafogli
- Attivarsi nella ricerca ed inserimento di nuovi intermediari nel territorio di competenza
- Promuovere e monitorare costantemente campagne di vendita e incentivazioni rivolte agli intermediari
- Seguire il monitoraggio sistematico dei dati dei singoli intermediari e del distretto gestito, intervenendo con azioni finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Compagnia
Requisiti Chiave / Competenze / Esperienza
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o equivalenti
- Comprovata esperienza (3-5 anni) in ambito Assicurativo, preferibilmente nell’ambito Sales
- Propensione ad un lavoro commerciale
- Disponibilità al trasferimento e mobilità sul territorio
- Forti capacità di comunicazione, relazionali, leadership e problem solving
- Public speaking
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Ottima conoscenza di Office 365, portali web e altri strumenti di collaborazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
- Conoscenza di base di ChatGPT o applicativi analoghi
La fascia da attribuire alla posizione offerta va da € 50.000,00 lordi a € 65.000,00 lordi.
Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dal CCNL delle Imprese di Assicurazione e dal Contratto Integrativo Aziendale.
La definizione esatta della retribuzione iniziale dipenderà dalla valutazione del profilo posseduto dal candidato rispetto ai requisiti richiesti.
