Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa. /ph3About the Role /h3pWe are currently seeking a talented, creative, and people-oriented bPeople and Culture Manager /b to join our iconic bFour Seasons Hotel Milano /b. /ppReporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, the People and Culture Manager will support the development and execution of the hotel’s People and Culture strategy, while playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the function. /ppThe overall objective of the role is to strengthen our culture and employee experience, ensuring that Four Seasons Milan continues to be recognized as an bEmployer of Choice /b in the destination. /ph3What You Will Do /h3pAs a bCultural Advocate of the Golden Rule /b, you will champion our culture and values across every employee interaction and experience. /ppYour key responsibilities will include: /pulliSupporting the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with the hotel’s business objectives. /liliActing as a trusted bBusiness Partner /b to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters. /liliChampioning top talent and actively supporting btalent management and succession planning /b initiatives. /liliSupporting the hotel’s Learning Development agenda and partnering with leaders to identify and address development needs. /liliBuilding strong relationships across the organization and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to employees and leaders. /liliSupporting and driving corporate People and Culture initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation at hotel level. /liliProviding employee counseling and guidance, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. /liliSupporting the management and monitoring of the People and Culture budget and financial performance. /liliEnsuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality through regular audits of People and Culture records and processes. /liliOrganizing and overseeing employee engagement, recreation, and experience initiatives. /liliActively supporting brecruitment, selection, and onboarding /b activities to attract and retain top talent. /liliEvaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. /liliMonitoring compensation and benefits trends to help maintain the right balance between business needs, cost effectiveness, and employee experience. /liliContributing to a culture of continuous learning, recognition, engagement, and development. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3pWe are looking for someone who combines a genuine bpassion for people /b with strong business understanding and a strategic mindset. /ppYou will ideally bring: /pulliA strong passion for people, talent management, and learning development. /liliPrevious experience in a People Culture / Human Resources role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. /liliStrong business acumen and the ability to translate people strategies into business results. /liliA strategic and analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on and pragmatic approach. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. /liliA natural coaching mindset and the ability to act as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and employees. /liliThe ability to act as a catalyst for change, while remaining a strong employee champion. /liliA proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach. /liliExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /liliThe legal right to work in Italy. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAt Four Seasons Milan, we are committed to creating an exceptional employee experience.
