In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes /li liMonitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decision aligned with business objectives /li liManage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience /li liManage salary review processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines /li liCoordinate the performance management processes, supporting managers in decision-making and ensuring alignment with business priorities /li liDesign and drive cross-country learning initiatives based on comprehensive training needs analysis across the Tech population in Italy, Turkey and Albania, supporting capability building and organizational growth and ensuring alignment with business priorities /li liDesign, develop and lead end-to-end team building and engagement initiatives for the entire Tech population in Italy, managing all aspects including vendor selection and coordination, as well as internal stakeholder engagement and delivery /li liProvide guidance on employment contracts and terminations and disciplinary action, managing complex and sensitive cases in alignment with labor laws and company policies /li liEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for employee relations matters /li liCoordinate exit programs for the Tech population, with a focus on low and bottom performer management, including the implementation of incentivized exit processes in alignment with business needs and labor regulations /li liManage the employee population across multiple locations (Milan, Rome, Naples, Palermo and Porcari – 337 HC), ensuring consistent HR support and processes /li liBe available to travel across Italy at least once a month to support business needs and maintain strong connections with local teams. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liProven experience (5/7 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a complex and fast-paced environment. /li liStrong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. /li liSolid understanding of labor law and HR policies, with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion. /li liStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and support organizational decision-making. /li liExperience in designing and implementing learning, engagement, and talent development initiatives. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, workforce data, and labor cost trends to support business decisions. /li liProject management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-location HR initiatives. /li liStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. /li liKnowledge of Workday platform /li liFluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken /li liAvailability to travel across Italy at least once a month. /li /ul h3Why choose us /h3 ul li12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working model /li liA dynamic environment within the world’s largest online gaming group. /li liOpportunities for learning, growth and cross-country collaboration. /li liMeal allowance. /li liSupplemental Health Insurance. /li /ul pBase pay hiring range for this role in Italy: 57.258 € - 69.445 € gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro. /p pThis is our standard pay guide for the role and location; any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
