You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who loves teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes. /p pbThis role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support. /b /p h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 pbLive Training Onboarding /b /p pLead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively. /p pDeliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to the learning styles and structure of each practice. /p pDemonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, offering hands- on coaching during live sessions. /p pBuild credibility and clinical trust that drives confidence and early adoption. /p pTake ownership of each launch, ensuring practices achieve key milestones from day one. /p pbOngoing Coaching Success Enablement /b /p pServe as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers. /p pMonitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement. /p pIdentify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow-up to close them. /p pConduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success. /p pCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey. /p pRecognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum. /p h3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3 pExperience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred). /p pHands- on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows. /p pExcellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change. /p pClear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills. /p pCustomer- first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely. /p pHighly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through. /p pQuick learner, tech- savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. /p pOrganized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints. /p pPersuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption. /p pFor full- time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best- in- class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
