The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a Senior Project Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate;
  
• Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;
  
• Meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;
  
• Securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;
  
• Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;
  
• Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;
  
• Building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;
  
• Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  
• Work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market
  
• Outstanding project leadership skills
  
• Communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
  
• Self-starter attitude, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
  
• Ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario
  
• Ability to work in a matrix organization

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 45.086,80 To 70,400.

"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI - Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
