As a Project Manager for Ref&Pet, Pipeline and Industrial segment, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project across all dimensions: customer relations, scheduling, procurement, construction, quality, risk management, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership : Driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards;

• Team Coordination : Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability;

• Risk & Compliance : Proactively identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities;

• Customer Interface : Acting as point of contact for the Customer, managing relationships, and resolving operational issues efficiently;

• Change Management : Identifying and executing project variations and change orders, negotiating directly with Customer leadership to maximize value;

• Financial Performance : Owning project financials, driving strong outcomes across cost, margin, and cash flow. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities;

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college

• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Project Manager role

• Proved experience in managing complex projects

• Oil & gas sector is preferred

• Proficiency in global PM standards to prove expertise in project management principles and processes.

• Team player and good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian.

• Availability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400.

"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
