Senior Sales Leader, European Automotive Growth & Strategy

Johnson Electric Asti S.r.l. in Asti, Italy, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth across an assigned automotive products area in Europe.
You will lead a four-person sales team across Europe, shape the commercial strategy with OEM and Tier-1 partners, and ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts while nurturing long-term relationships. Fluent English is required; German knowledge is a plus, and extensive travel across Europe is expected.
