Responsibilities

• Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with the requirements of the customers and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well‑organized up‑to‑date order file.
• File all order‑related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.
• Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.
• Be a link between customer and sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.
• Signal mall functioning in the process and so propose improvements, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account support process.
• Receive and process customer inquiries, or complaints as the first line of support, then escalates where necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Great customer service skills.
• Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Maintains accurate records and is good at managing data.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
• Term: 1 year, until beginning of May 2027.
