Your efforts will contribute to achieving the company's KPIs, including securing the ideal mix of hotels, competitive pricing, availability, and margins. You will have full ownership and are responsible for all revenue streams coming into the destination that you manage. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liNegotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company’s KPIs, including: /li liNumber and mix of hotels. /li liCompetitive pricing and availability. /li liRevenue performance of hotels in your portfolio. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds' strategic goals. /li liRegularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality. /li liConduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions. /li liCollaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies /li liMonitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals. /li /ul h3The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! /h3 ul liProven experience in hotel account management or a similar role in the travel industry. /li liStrong knowledge of the assigned region(s) and its hospitality market dynamics. /li liDemonstrated ability to meet revenue targets in a competitive environment. /li liExperience in building and managing relationships with hotel partners. /li liFamiliarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems is a plus. /li liExcellent analytical and organizational skills. /li liFluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the assigned regions are highly desirable. /li liNegotiation Skills: Ability to secure favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships with partners. /li liMarket Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel and accommodation market in assigned regions /li liAnalytical Thinking: Capable of evaluating market trends and performance data to make informed decisions. /li liCommunication: Strong interpersonal and written skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. /li liResults Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment. /li liProblem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in overcoming challenges and identifying innovative solutions. /li liContracting experience gained with the hotel industry. /li liAble to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationship with hoteliers. /li liEducated to degree level of equivalent or equivalent professional qualification. /li liMinimum 2 years contracting experience in hotel industry (OTAs, Bedbanks, Tour Operators). /li liUnderstanding of current contracting landscape (dynamic and static models). /li liHighly accurate with excellent attention to detail. /li liWell-developed written and verbal communication skills. /li liProfessional fluency in English.
