Nel medio termine, la risorsa sarà chiamata a sostituire il Responsabile IT nella conduzione delle seguenti attività:
- Predisposizione disciplinari tecnici per la selezione di fornitori in ambito:
- Software design e manutenzione;
- Cloud, datacenter e gestione infrastrutture;
- Network: rete interna e servizi di accesso a Internet;
- Cybersecurity: Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, monitoraggio H24;
- Informatica individuale e selezione applicativi terzi (ERP, HR, ecc.);
- Valutazione tecnica dei fornitori: definizione griglie di scoring, obiettivi e criteri di selezione;
- Conduzione del processo di selezione: gestione Q&A con i fornitori, chiusura disciplinari tecnici;
- Supporto contrattuale: definizione clausole relative a sicurezza, data protection, auditabilità, controllo DPO;
- Gestione fornitori secondo linee guida DORA:
- Change management e gestione problemi;
- Monitoraggio mensile e SAL dei servizi;
- Valutazioni periodiche su qualità e customer service;
- Applicazione e miglioramento del contratto.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline STEM
- Preferibile conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Gradita certificazione ITIL V3
- Interesse per l'ambito ICT e per la gestione contrattuale
- Capacità analitiche, precisione e orientamento al risultato
- Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di processi complessi
