You will have full ownership of all revenue streams coming into the destinations you manage, contributing directly to the company's KPIs: the right mix of hotels, competitive pricing, availability, and margin performance. /ph3In this role you will: /h3h3Key responsibilities /h3ulliContract negotiation: Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company's KPIs, including the number and mix of hotels, competitive pricing and availability, and the revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio. /liliRelationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds' strategic goals. /liliPerformance review: Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality. /liliMarket research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions. /liliStrategic collaboration: Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies. /liliPerformance analysis: Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals. /li /ulh3The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! /h3ulliMinimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, bed banks, or tour operators). /liliProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment. /liliStrong negotiation skills, the ability to secure favourable terms while preserving long-term partner relationships. /liliConfident working with performance data, pricing models, and market trends to make informed decisions. /liliExcellent analytical and organisational skills. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliFamiliarity with online distribution platforms. /liliExperience working across multiple European markets. /liliUnderstanding of both dynamic and static contracting models. /li /ulpWeb Travel Group is a global B2B organisation servicing the travel industry, connecting hotels and other travel sellers to a diverse network of travel buyers all over the world through our trade only digital travel marketplace brand -WebBeds.
