THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SMB Account Executive to our Client Sales team in Milan

As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Italy expansion team. You'll be responsible for strategically managing a book of business with inbound and outbound prospects to drive growth.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Able to autonomously manage your own sales opportunities, engaging new prospective clients coming from Sales Development outreach;
  • Balance a high volume of activity, including making contact with new inbound leads quickly and effectively with the view to secure a demo
  • Managing this alongside active sales cycles involving video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.;
  • Understand how to drive deals forward and be an effective closer; able to effectively multi-thread throughout the sales process
  • Manage a high volume of clients, ranging in size and complexity within the SMB market (up to 500 employees)
  • Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so;
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable;
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player;
  • Understand the metrics and data behind your performance, and work with your team and manager to be constantly improving

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales; with a particular emphasis on closing (full cycle);
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred;
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution and/or selling to HR stakeholders strongly preferred;
  • Outgoing, charismatic and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening; an expert communicator
  • Ambitious, tenacious and energetic self-starter;
  • Positive attitude and team spirit;
  • Extremely coachable and adaptable to change;
  • Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in Sales and strong communication skills are mandatory requirements.

Compensation is governed by the CCNL per i dipendenti da aziende del Terziario, della Distribuzione e dei Servizi ("Commercio") - collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The role is classified at Livello II. The gross annual salary range for this position is € 41,235 to € 48,000 . The annual salary includes the standard base pay components defined by the CBA (Art. 206), as well as the 13th-month salary paid in December (Art. 220) and the 14th-month salary paid in July (Art. 221), for a total of 14 monthly payments. The annual salary range shown is based on a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Art. 130). Monthly salary is paid at the end of each month in line with our regular payroll cycle. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for variable cash compensation, which is either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and/or our performance-based stock option program.
