Offerta

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Setting up and organizing efficient office management and a systematic filing system
• Implementing accounting and payroll systems in collaboration with an auditing firm
• Independent correspondence with business partners in German and English
• Preparation and follow-up for advisory board and supervisory board meetings: organizing meetings, including coordinating schedules for all participants, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes and summaries
• Close coordination with the assistant in Munich: schedule management, travel management
• Support with day-to-day operations (organizational and administrative)
• Independently taking on individual projects

Competenze ed esperienza

Your Profile

• High school diploma with completed business training and/or further training as an executive assistant
• Several years of experience as an assistant in a comparable position with relevant references
• Excellent communication skills and a confident command of written and spoken German; good English skills are expected
• You are able to handle pressure, flexible, and highly motivated
• You enjoy taking the initiative and handle stressful situations with composure
• You are accustomed to conducting yourself professionally and have a high standard of quality
• You have a structured approach to work and a knack for numbers
