Strategic Executive Assistant to C‑Suite Leaders | Europe

Lexroom is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support four C-level executives. The role combines high-trust calendar and travel management with strategic coordination of cross‑functional initiatives across Europe and the US.
You will liaise with senior stakeholders, draft briefing notes, organize meetings, and protect executive time. The position requires fluency in English and Italian, meticulous organization, and discretion in a fast‑growing startup environment.
