We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to build and lead the revenue engine for Balloon Museum and the other IP across North America and Europe. This role owns ticket sales performance end-to-end, including paid media, pricing strategy, conversion optimization, and local demand generation. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate more like a GM of revenue, with full accountability for growth across multiple cities.Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Own total ticket revenue performance across all North American exhibitionsDevelop and manage revenue forecasts by city, week, and sessionAllocate marketing budget dynamically to maximize returnBuild and lead a high-performance marketing team (5-person initial pod)Define channel strategy across paid media, partnerships, PR, and lifecycleEstablish a culture of rapid testing and iterationPerformance & Optimization
Drive CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate improvementsOversee pricing and yield strategiesImplement weekly performance reviews and optimization cyclesCross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with operations, ticketing, and global HQ (Rome)Ensure North American strategy is locally relevant and commercially optimizedCandidate Profile
5-8 years in growth, performance marketingExperience in D2C, marketplaces, ticketing, or high-volume consumer businessesProven ownership of revenue targets ($10M+ scale preferred)Strong analytical mindset with bias for actionExperience building and leading lean, high-performing teamsExperience in entertainment, live events, ticketing platforms, or high-volume transactional industries (such as travel or hospitality) is a strong plus.
