NRM Lead: Pricing, Promotions & Growth in Italy

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Net Revenue Management Lead to drive profitable growth in the Italian ice cream business through data-driven pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments.
You will lead a small NRM team, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams, and build KPI dashboards to track revenue and profitability. This role requires strong leadership and English fluency in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
