•MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
•Maintain and up-date as required departmental filing system
•Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing
•for corrective measures to be taken
•Serve food and beverage according to guest’s needs & expectations
•Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
•Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
•Respond promptly to guests and superiors’ requests
•Make sure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times
•Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
•Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations
•Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
