You will ensure that the IT Risk Management framework is aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives and ensure it is followed, while promoting a strong risk-aware culture across the Business Unit IT organization. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact: /h3 ul liPerforms risk analysis, business impact analysis, coordinates risk assessments. /li liIdentifies, qualifies, and prioritizes IT risks. /li liAnalyzes, measures, and monitors a breadth of IT risks and facilitates treatment decisions. /li liSupports definition, implementation, and maintenance of the IT Risk Management process framework. /li liDevelops and leads appropriate training to improve IT risk awareness and adoption for a wide range of stakeholders. /li liParticipates in processes for measuring effectiveness and assists in addressing any identified gaps in content or process. /li liBuilds a strong network across the key stakeholder groups to aid alignment during the execution of compliance and risk related activities. /li /ul h3Your Background: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li5+ years of professional experience in IT, with strong expertise in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or related disciplines. /li liExperience in conducting risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, and remediation management is a plus. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations. /li liSelf-motivated and well-organized, with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams. /li liProficiency in spoken and written English is required. /li /ul h3More About Us: /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
