Technical Sales Manager - C&I Energy Storage

ppYour Mission Drive LONGi Europe CI energy storage business by developing customers and channel partners, managing sales opportunities, and closing BESS CI projects. This role requires both strong sales capability and solid technical understanding of energy storage systems. /ph3About the Role /h3pThis role involves developing BESS CI sales opportunities and achieving regional sales targets. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop BESS CI sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets. /liliBuild and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and CI customers. /liliDevelop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities. /liliIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions. /liliDiscuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios. /liliManage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing. /liliCoordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams. /liliProvide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy. /liliMaintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline. /liliMinimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics. /liliExperience in CI BESS sales is strongly preferred. /liliProven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators. /liliTrack record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliGood technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS. /liliStrong sales and commercial negotiation skills. /liliGood understanding of distribution and channel sales. /liliStrong communication and customer relationship skills. /liliFluent in English and local language. /liliWilling to travel within the region. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliExperience in CI BESS sales is strongly preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
