Head of Omnichannel CRM & Customer Experience

BasicNet is seeking a senior CRM leader to design and execute omnichannel customer experiences. You will balance strategy with hands-on delivery, building new capabilities and processes from the ground up while collaborating with Technology, Retail, Marketing and Digital teams across markets.
You will thrive in a fast-changing environment, influence senior stakeholders, and bridge business and technology to create outstanding customer experiences through data and innovation.
