Overview
All’interno della Compliance for Financial Markets and Investment Banking, supporterai le attività di presidio normativo su prodotti, servizi e processi rivolti ai segmenti Corporate e Financial Institutions e dedicati all’attività in conto proprio della Banca.
Avrai una visione trasversale della Compliance e l’opportunità di operare su diversi ambiti regolamentari all’interno della struttura.
Quali saranno le tue attività
Durante lo svolgimento dello stage, avrai l’opportunità di affiancare e supportare il team della struttura nelle seguenti attività:
- Supporto all’analisi della normativa di riferimento (nazionale ed internazionale) e al conseguente aggiornamento della corrispondente normativa interna;
- Collaborazione nelle attività di valutazione di conformità su prodotti, servizi, iniziative di business ed operazioni;
- Supporto al Compliance Risk Assessment e alla predisposizione della relativa documentazione;
- Contributo alla redazione di pareri, note, clearing e materiali di sintesi;
- Supporto al monitoraggio dei profili di rischio di compliance;
- Interazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali su tematiche regolamentari.
Chi stiamo cercando
Se hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Ingegneria o discipline affini;
- Interesse per tematiche di compliance, regolamentazione e operatività sui Mercati finanziari;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
