Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.

Our offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including buy-side and sell-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring advice, underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (DCM and LDCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platforms. Our range of services and strong presence across the globe enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and contribute to the preparation of high-quality presentation materials, strategic analyses and transaction documentation;

• Manage key workstreams across origination, business development and transaction execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;

• Work closely with Industrials clients, senior bankers, external advisers and internal stakeholders throughout live transactions and strategic advisory projects;

• Coordinate and review the work of Analysts and Associates, supporting their development and ensuring consistent execution standards;

• Develop financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials to support client recommendations, origination efforts and execution processes.

Skills

• Vice President-level investment banking experience, with strong exposure to corporate finance, M&A and capital markets transactions;

• Strong Industrials sector knowledge, with the ability to understand market dynamics, client priorities and transaction drivers;

• Advanced technical capabilities across financial modelling, valuation, transaction analysis and preparation of high-quality client materials;

• Proven ability to manage origination and execution workstreams independently, coordinating effectively with senior bankers, clients, advisors and internal stakeholders;

• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills, with experience guiding Analysts and Associates in a demanding international environment.
