We work as one strong team toward a shared goal: delivering excellent customer experience. /p pAs we continue to expand in Southern and Central Europe, we are looking for our first local bFacility Manager /b to support our growing store network across bItaly, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic /b. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in building and managing our facility operations across multiple markets. /p pPlease note: we only accept CVs in English. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and manage a strong local network of facility suppliers, including contract negotiation and vendor selection to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency /li liOversee all facility operations across stores (maintenance, health safety, cleaning, etc.), ensuring compliance with local regulations and documentation requirements /li liPlan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities and technical interventions, ensuring timely resolution of issues reported by Store Managers /li liCollaborate closely with the Establishment and Maintenance teams at our Danish headquarters /li /ul h3Are we a match? /h3 pYou are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
