pbDescrizione azienda /b /ppFor a growing Real Estate investment and asset management platform, we are looking for a bRetail Real Estate Asset Management Associate /b to support the management and performance analysis of a commercial real estate portfolio. /ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will combine financial analysis, business planning and asset performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the asset lifecycle. /ppbr/ppbPosizione /b /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliAnalyse and monitor the financial, commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of Retail Real Estate assets; /liliSupport the preparation and analysis of Business Plans, budgets and forecasts; /liliPrepare and coordinate periodic management and performance reporting; /liliMonitor asset performance against agreed targets and identify key trends and areas for improvement; /liliSupport financial analysis related to leasing activity, investment initiatives and value enhancement projects; /liliAnalyse key financial and operational data to support asset management and investment decisions; /liliMonitor investment activities and support the analysis of project performance; /liliContribute to portfolio analysis, benchmarking and performance assessment; /liliSupport the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; /liliCoordinate information flows and interact with internal teams, external advisors and operational partners; /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, analysis and performance monitoring tools. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequisiti /b /ppProfile /ppWe are looking for a professional with: /pulliA degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline; /liliAt least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management, Transaction or related environments; /liliExposure to Retail or Commercial Real Estate, ideally gained within portfolios including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlets or other commercial destinations; /liliStrong financial and analytical skills, with experience in Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis; /liliUnderstanding of commercial real estate and leasing dynamics; /liliExperience in financial reporting and portfolio analysis; /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus; /liliStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills; /liliAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage different priorities; /liliA proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset. /li /ulpbr/ppbAltre informazioni /b /ppRal: 40/45.000 € /ppLocation Milano /ppbr/ppL’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
