Overview
In this role you will help clients leverage technology to transform their businesses and gain competitive advantage. You work within McKinsey Digital in Milan, collaborating with cross‐functional teams on IT strategy, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives. You will analyze data, test hypotheses, and communicate actionable recommendations, with coaching and structured training to accelerate leadership growth. The opportunity combines hands-on project delivery with a strong learning culture and global collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Work in small consulting teams (3–5) on client projects
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information to form hypotheses
- Develop and present recommendations to client management
- Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions
- Receive ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring from senior colleagues
- Engage in broader topics across industries and functions to broaden expertise
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in technology consulting or related areas (IT strategy, digital transformation, application development, IT architecture, infrastructure, e-commerce, multichannel, digital payments)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
