In this role you join Dentons' Public Law and Regulatory team in Milan to work on high-impact regulatory and planning matters within a global, dynamic firm. Responsabilità
- Support public law and regulatory matters for clients in a cross-functional team
- Collaborate with specialized lawyers within the Public Law and Regulatory department
- Participate in firm training initiatives and work on innovative legal issues
- Contribute to international and cross-border projects in a leading global firm
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements
- Advocate for clients and negotiate in complex regulatory contexts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110
- Current license to practice law in Italy
- Between 2 and 3 years PQE in the Town Planning field, gained in a comparable law firm
- High level of English (Certificate C1)
- Other foreign languages are a plus
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
