In qualità di Senior Sales Account, puoi guidare la crescita nel mercato Energy & Utilities, consolidando relazioni strategiche con clienti Enterprise. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team specialistici per promuovere soluzioni e trasformazioni digitali. Porterai avanti piani account e business, gestendo opportunità dall’iniziale qualificazione fino alla chiusura, con focus su valore operativo e ricavi. - Inquadramento CCNL Commercio
- Retribuzione annuale lorda a partire da 70.000 (variabile inclusa)
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita delle opportunità commerciali (qualificazione, negoziazione, chiusura)
- Definire e implementare account plan e business plan per i clienti assegnati
- Sviluppare opportunità di business e nuove strategie commerciali nel settore Energy & Utilities
- Consolidare relazioni con clienti Enterprise e stakeholder Executive e C-Level
- Collaborare con presales, delivery e practice per proporre soluzioni ICT adeguate
- Contribuire a definire la strategia commerciale e il budget
- Raggiungere obiettivi di TCV, Revenue e First Margin
- Esperienza 7–10 anni in ruoli commerciali in consulenza, SI o ICT strutturate
- Consolidata conoscenza del settore Energy & Utilities e relative dinamiche di mercato
- Gestione e sviluppo di clienti Enterprise e trattative complesse
- Track record nella vendita di servizi e soluzioni ICT e progetti di Digital Transformation
- Familiarità con Data & AI, Generative AI e Agentic AI
- Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e negoziali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali
- Ottime capacità relazionali
- Comunicazione efficace
- Negoziazione avanzata
- Conoscenza soluzioni ICT per Energy & Utilities
