What this job involvesJLL is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Italian team as the Head of Leasing Advisory. Based in our Milan office, you will hold overall responsibility for the growth, performance, and strategic direction of our Landlord and Tenant Representation business across Italy. You will lead a dedicated team, drive market share across the region, and act as a key person for JLL within the Italian real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business GrowthAssume full responsibility for the development and growth of the "Leasing Advisory" business line across ItalyDevelop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to win new mandates and increase brand awareness on a national levelDevelop services for new asset classes such as Life Science, Data Center etc.Strengthen JLL's market position by leveraging and extending your network and building a strong local pipeline for both leasing and tenant representation mandates.Achieve annual financial and strategic targets set by the Italian and EMEA management.Team & Operational ManagementHold full P&L, budget, and personnel responsibility for the national department, including reporting to our global organizationLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team across Italy, ensuring continuous professional growth, consistent quality, and the ongoing enhancement of tools and processesOversee all leasing activities, including the initial and subsequent letting of commercial propertiesOversee all Tenant Representation activities from acquisition through execution until closingFoster collaboration and synergies between the Tenant and Landlord Representation team across ItalyClient & Mandate OversightHold ultimate responsibility for major landlord representation mandates for commercial properties on behalf of institutional investors and private ownersAssume overall responsibility for all tenant representation mandates for a prestigious portfolio of international clientsAct as the project lead on complex strategic advisory mandates for both property owners and occupiers, including location searches, lease renewals, and holistic strategy developmentRepresentation & CollaborationRepresent the Italian Leasing Advisory team in internal management meetings and collaborate effectively with other JLL business lines.Serve as a primary ambassador for JLL within the Italian real estate industry, actively participating in industry organizations, associations, and external events.The estimated compensation for this position is between EUR110,000 –EUR140,000.Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including, but not limited to, skills and competencies assessed on the basis of objective criteria.Estimated compensation for this position:110,000.00 – 140,000.00 EUR per yearFinal compensation packages are determined by various considerations including, but not limited to, skills and competencies assessed on the basis of objective criteria.Location: On-site –Milano, ITAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
