EMEA Record-to-Report Leader

Realtà multinazionale è alla ricerca di un/una EMEA Record-to-Report Leader da inserire all’interno della funzione Finance Shared Services, con responsabilità di coordinamento operativo su attività EMEA e leadership funzionale di un Shared Service Center.
La figura avrà la responsabilità della gestione end-to-end dei processi Record-to-Report, garantendo accuratezza, compliance, standardizzazione ed efficientamento continuo dei processi contabili e di reporting finanziario.
Posizione:
Principali responsabilità
- Coordinare le attività end-to-end di Record-to-Report per l’area EMEA, incluse: contabilità generale, chiusure mensili e annuali; riconciliazioni patrimoniali; scritture contabili e accantonamenti; gestione cespiti; contabilità e riconciliazioni intercompany
- Garantire chiusure finanziarie puntuali, accurate e conformi alle policy aziendali e alle scadenze di gruppo
- Collaborare con Finance Manager, Controller e team locali nei diversi Paesi EMEA
- Guidare funzionalmente il team dello Shared Service Center
- Assicurare elevati standard qualitativi, rispetto delle SLA e monitoraggio delle performance operative
- Definire KPI e metriche di produttività
- Supportare attività di pianificazione capacità, prioritizzazione ed escalation management
- Garantire compliance ai principi contabili locali e internazionali (GAAP/IFRS)
- Presidiare controlli interni, documentazione di processo e mitigazione dei rischi
- Identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare azioni correttive
- Promuovere standardizzazione e semplificazione dei processi finance
- Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo, automazione e digitalizzazione
- Supportare programmi di trasformazione finance, implementazioni ERP e ampliamento dei servizi shared services
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Accounting o discipline affini
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di leadership Finance/Accounting in contesti multinazionali
- Solida conoscenza dei processi Record-to-Report
- Esperienza nella gestione di attività multi-country
- Ottime capacità di stakeholder management in contesti complessi e multiculturali
- Gradita esperienza in Shared Service Center internazionali/off shore
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
