Here below your responsibilities: /b /p ul liOversee Procurement activities in support of new tendering initiatives within the Sustainable Infrastructure Business Line, including defining the cost-estimating approach, supervising bidding activities, assessing Procurement risks, and identifying staffing requirements. /li liSupervise Procurement activities for Sustainable Infrastructure Business Line projects under execution, including representing Saipem in Procurement Technical Committees, supporting project staffing, monitoring and addressing critical issues, and contributing to key decisions on critical scopes of work. /li liSupport the Supply Chain Business Partner in setting up and further developing the Procurement organization, including recruiting, training and mentoring activities, in line with the Sustainable Infrastructure Business Line’s strategic objectives; /li liSupport the Supply Chain Business Partner in defining and implementing standard operating tools and methodologies to support functional activities within a continuous improvement framework. /li liSupport the Supply Chain Business Partner in managing vendors and expanding vendor lists, including through market scouting activities, while leveraging lessons learned and feedback from projects under execution. /li /ul pbWhat are we looking for? /b /p pbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or Economics. /p pbExperience: /ba minimum of 5 years' experience as Procurement Manager and extensive procurement experience in major infrastructure projects, preferably railway and metro initiatives in Italy. /p pbLanguages: /bgood proficiency in both written and spoken English. /p pbTechnical/IT Skills: /b proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with industry-standard procurement and enterprise management platforms (e.g., SAP, SAP Ariba Sourcing, Synergo, JAGGAER, etc.). /p pbWhat else should you know? /bThe role will be based in Milan and you will have the opportunity to travel occasionally to project sites, both in Italy and abroad. /p pbWhat can we offer to you: /b /p ul liPay not lower than 56.000 € /li libCorporate Benefits /b: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /li libHybrid working model /b: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance. /li libLocation /b: Milano, Via Luigi Russolo 5 (Head Office of Saipem Group) /li /ul pbTransparency Note /b /p pAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills. /p pAny deviation shall be duly justified and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the Non-Discrimination Statement.
