Sales Account / Consulente Commerciale Senior (Remote - Lead Forniti)

Siamo un'azienda italiana operante nella ricerca e selezione del personale che si occupa di soddisfare le necessità dei clienti offrendo servizi personalizzati.
Posizione:
Siamo alla ricerca di Consulenti Commerciali determinati e con esperienza consolidata nella vendita telefonica/remota per l’espansione della nostra rete vendita.
Il candidato ideale si interfaccerà con un target di alto livello: imprese con fatturato superiore a 1 milione di euro .
Non dovrai occuparti di “freddo” o ricerca anagrafiche: l’azienda fornisce lead profilati e contatti telefonici diretti , permettendoti di concentrarti esclusivamente sulla chiusura della trattativa e sulla consulenza.
Responsabilità:
- Gestire le trattative commerciali sui lead forniti dall’azienda.
- Analizzare i bisogni del cliente (aziende >1M€ di fatturato) e proporre la soluzione più idonea.
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita concordati.
- Aggiornare costantemente il CRM aziendale.
Requisiti:
- Partita IVA (o disponibilità ad aprirla).
- Esperienza comprovata nella vendita da remoto (Inside Sales, Teleselling consulenziale, Account Management).
- Capacità di interloquire con C-Level (Titolari, CEO, Direttori Commerciali) di medie e grandi imprese.
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di negoziazione.
- Orientamento al risultato e forte proattività.
- Dotazione tecnica propria (PC, connessione internet stabile, cuffie).
