The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServing as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution. /li liBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. /li liCoordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely service delivery. /li liMonitoring, tracking, and documenting client interactions, service issues, and resolutions through the relevant systems. /li liPreparing client reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting client onboarding activities. /li liGathering client feedback, recommending service improvements, and providing regular updates on account status and service performance. /li /ul h3Ideal candidate /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. /li liProven experience in client services, account management, customer support, or a similar role. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities. /li liStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. /li liA proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. /li liExperience in the IT, SAP, consulting, or professional services industry will be an added advantage. /li liFamiliarity with helpdesk, CRM, or client management tools will be an added advantage. /li /ul p150 Years And Beyond /p pJohn Keells Group is Sri Lanka's premier Diversified Company, listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange, and a 150-year pillar of the Sri Lankan economy.
