Il Gruppo ANIMA, che si colloca tra i principali player di Asset Management in Italia, sta ricercando una figura junior da inserire nel team Planning Control di Castello SGR .
Posizione
La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita all’interno del team di Pianificazione e Controllo e si occuperà delle seguenti attività sia per Castello SGR che per Anima Alternative SGR:
- Supporto nella redazione del Piano Industriale pluriennale, del Budget Annuale, dei Forecast Periodici e dei principali KPI delle Società attraverso l’elaborazione di modelli di calcolo di complessità medio/alta
- Supporto nelle attività di chiusure contabili mensili con rappresentazione gestionale dei risultati consuntivi e analisi degli scostamenti verso Budget ed anni precedenti
- Supporto nelle attività di Pianificazione Commerciale con monitoraggio mensile di afflussi e deflussi di capitale nei patrimoni dei fondi gestiti
- Monitoraggio dei costi e supporto nel processo di approvazione alla spesa
- Supporto nella preparazione della documentazione periodica per Cda, Comitati ed investitori
- Capacità di elaborare modellistiche excel e presentazioni powerpoint
- Capacità di lavorare in situazioni di pressione sui tempi e sui risultati
- Capacità di relazionarsi correttamente con tutta la struttura di business
- Forte attenzione ai dettagli e curiosità intellettuale
- Proattività, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza della contabilità e dei principi internazionali IFRS
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in economia/finanza preferibilmente con focus su amministrazione, finanza aziendale e controllo
- Pacchetto Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
