We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Genova team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group of team players focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.

  • P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Commercial expertise: Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.

  • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and a proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations.

  • Relationship building: Proven ability to create and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Strategic project management: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and portfolio strategy.

  • Communication skills: Fluency in Italian and a strong professional command of English to collaborate with our global teams.

Compensation

  • National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario

  • Classification Level: Livello 3

The total target compensation (OTE (On-Target Earnings, ovvero la retribuzione totale prevista al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi) for this role is €36,000 – €45,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €31,320 – €39,150. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
