Azienda leader internazionale nel settore chemicals, in fase di consolidamento della propria struttura manageriale, ricerca un Global Sales Director.
Posizione
- Definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale globale
- Presidio e sviluppo delle principali linee di business
- Coordinamento e sviluppo dei responsabili d'area (USA, APAC, EMEA)
- Sviluppo di nuovi mercati e di nuove opportunità di crescita
- Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti strategici
- Interfaccia con la Direzione Generale e le funzioni corporate
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia
- Esperienza strutturata in ruoli commerciali di vertice nel settore chemicals
- Esperienza internazionale nella gestione di mercati esteri
- Approccio operativo, con forte orientamento allo sviluppo del business
- Capacità di tradurre la visione strategica in risultati concreti
- Comprovata capacità di guidare team commerciali
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali (circa 50%)
