From urban planning to residential and mixed-use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality. /ppPosition: ACPV is looking for a bBusiness Development Officer /b to be included in our Business Development team. /ppThe role will involve identifying and managing commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s market positioning strategy. The selected candidate will work in close coordination with internal stakeholders and in synergy with the in-house Tender Office. /ppThe role will include a range of activities such as: /pulliResearching and monitoring public and private tenders and other business opportunities in line with ACPV’s strategic goals /liliCoordinating with the in-house Tender Office, particularly for the management of invited competitions, private tenders, and unsolicited applications /liliCompleting pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ/PQQ) and supplier registration forms aimed at generating new business opportunities /liliAnalyzing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) to support the New Business team in meeting deadlines and requirements /liliDrafting and assembling technical and financial proposals, including attachments such as references, fee breakdowns, and resource schedules, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants /liliUpdating Business Development databases (CRM, projects, consultants, contacts) /liliSupporting the organization and maintenance of the Business Development archive (case studies, methodological reports, etc.) /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related fields /lili2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within architecture firms, engineering or construction companies /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independently /liliKnowledge of public and private tender processes /liliExcellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus /liliEnglish fluency is mandatory (spoken and written) /liliA strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valued /li /ulpSoft skills: /pulliProactivity and team spirit /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliAnalytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset /liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment /li /ulpOther information: ACPV is committed to creating a better working environment by supporting workforce diversity.
