Euronext Securities - Business Continuity Management Internship

ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to our activities on Business Continuity Management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management, business resilience and crisis response within a fast-paced, international financial services environment. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the BCM team in maintaining and updating Euronext's business continuity plans (BCPs), ensuring they reflect current business processes, regulatory requirements and best practices. /liliAssist in conducting and documenting business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies and recovery priorities. /liliParticipate in risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations. /liliHelp organise and facilitate business continuity exercises and simulations, such as tabletop exercises, scenario-based drills and crisis management workshops. Assist in capturing lessons learned and following up on action items. /liliContribute to the development and review of incident response procedures, escalation protocols and crisis communication plans. /liliAssist in monitoring and reporting on key business continuity metrics, such as recovery time objectives (RTOs), recovery point objectives (RPOs) and test results. /liliSupport the team in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 22301, DORA, local regulatory requirements). /liliHelp maintain BCM documentation and records, including plan updates, test schedules, training materials and audit evidence. /liliAssist in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management, auditors and other stakeholders. /liliSupport the coordination of BCM awareness and training sessions for staff across Euronext locations. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliCurrently studying for or recently completed a degree in business, risk management, finance, information security or a related field. /liliStrong organisational skills and attention to detail. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. /liliAbility to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /liliInterest in financial markets, risk management or operational resilience is an advantage. /liliKnowledge of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Good Practice Guidelines is considered a plus. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliPractical experience in business continuity and risk management within a leading European financial institution. /liliExposure to a wide range of business functions and international stakeholders. /liliSupportive team environment and mentoring from experienced professionals. /liliOpportunity to develop professional skills and knowledge in a dynamic sector. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pThis job description is only describing the main activities within a certain role and is not exhaustive.
