Digital Workplace Pre-Sales Architect

In questa posizione farai parte della Practice di Modern Workplace per guidare la trasformazione digitale sfruttando Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint e Power Platform. Progetterai soluzioni enterprise, coordinerai sviluppo e rilascio e assicurerai prestazioni in linea con obiettivi di business. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con sviluppatori, designer e architetti per soddisfare requisiti applicativi e KPI dei clienti. Interagirai direttamente con clienti di alto profilo, definendo offerte e guidando la crescita tecnica del team. Supporterai mentori e colleghi nel loro percorso professionale e adotterai metodologie mirate alla delivery con AI in the loop.
Responsabilità
- Progettare soluzioni applicative basate su Microsoft 365 (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams) e Power Platform.
- Contribuire a definire offerte e proposte di vendita legate a queste tecnologie.
- Architettura, sviluppo e rilascio di soluzioni enterprise basate su M365 Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform e Azure.
- Collaborare con sviluppatori, designer e architetti per allineare configurazioni e componenti alle esigenze e agli obiettivi di prestazione.
- Comunicazione diretta con clienti di alto profilo per comprendere esigenze e presentare soluzioni allineate ai KPI.
- Mentoring e punto di riferimento per colleghi junior, guidandoli nella crescita professionale.
- Sviluppo continuo di competenze tecniche e conseguimento di certificazioni correlate.
- Pianificare ed adottare metodologie di delivery dei progetti con AI in the loop
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza con Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Teams e Power Platform.
- Conoscenza di Azure e delle pratiche di architettura software.
- Capacità di gestione progetti e delivery di soluzioni complesse su larga scala.
- Comunicazione efficace con clienti di alto profilo
- Mentoring e leadership tecnica
- Collaborazione in team interfunzionali
