ensuring clear prioritization of initiatives and investments /li liIdentify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and business performance /li liEstablish governance, standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for digital transformation programs /li /ul h3Manufacturing Supply Chain Digitization: /h3 ul liDrive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across manufacturing facilities /li liPartner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve visibility, productivity, quality, and service through digital solutions /li liSupport the deployment and optimization of MES, automation, predictive maintenance, digital performance management, and smart factory initiatives /li liLead initiatives that improve planning, inventory management, traceability, and supply chain resilience /li /ul h3Data Analytics Excellence: /h3 ul liPromote a data-driven culture across the organization /li liDevelop business intelligence Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field /li liAdditional certifications in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, AI, or Change Management are desirable /li /ul h3Experience: /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of professional experience within manufacturing, operations, consulting, digital transformation, or technology roles /li liDemonstrated success in delivering measurable business value through technology and process transformation /li /ul h3Professional Skills: /h3 ul liDigital Transformation Strategy /li
