Sede di lavoro: Milano (on-site)
La risorsa fornirà supporto IT on-site a una limitata popolazione di utenti, inclusi Executive e VIP, gestendo in autonomia le richieste tecniche e garantendo un servizio professionale fino alla completa risoluzione delle problematiche.
ATTIVITA PRINCIPALI
- Fornire supporto IT di primo livello su PC, notebook, smartphone e periferiche.
- Configurare workstation, docking station e dispositivi mobili.
- Diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche hardware, software e di connettività.
- Gestire gli incidenti fino alla completa risoluzione, coordinando le escalation.
- Fornire supporto dedicato a utenti Executive e VIP.
- Gestire le priorità e garantire un elevato livello di customer service.
- Effettuare occasionali trasferte tra Milano e Lugano.
- Esperienza in IT Support, Service Desk o End User Support.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente.
- Buona conoscenza di Windows e Microsoft 365.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire le priorità.
- Professionalità nella gestione di utenti Executive e VIP.
- Capacità di prendere in carico gli incidenti e coordinarne la risoluzione.
- Conoscenza di base di networking e dispositivi endpoint.
