You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your technical and customer service skills, while working hands-on with cutting-edge technology in laboratories across Sweden. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliInstall Maintain GC Instruments: Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. /liliSupport Customers: Deliver training and guidance to help users get the most out of their GC systems. /liliCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with service managers, sales teams, and product specialists to meet customer needs. /liliStay Organized: Manage service documentation, scheduling, and reporting with accuracy. /liliProvide Feedback: Share insights from the field to help improve products and services. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3pA recent graduate (Bachelor’s, PhD or Master’s, max 2 years ago) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Passion for technology, analytical instrumentation and customer service. High problem-solving capability, coupled with strong curiosity. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
