Clinical Research Associate needed to perform site monitoring and management for clinical trials in Italy. Responsible for conducting monitoring visits, managing recruitment, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining regulatory documentation in accordance with GCP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site monitoring visits including initiation, ongoing monitoring, and closeout
- Develop and track subject recruitment plans with assigned sites
- Administer protocol training and maintain regular communication with sites
- Evaluate site compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements
- Track study progress including regulatory submissions, enrollment, and data queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
- Minimum 3 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience
- CRA certification per Italian Ministerial Decree 15.11.2011
- Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer systems
- Fluent English, written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: €33,900–€66,700 base annual salary
