Office Manager (1 year temporary contract) - Italy

Your mission

Ciao a tutti, and welcome to Sungrow Italy! We are looking for an organised, service-minded Office Manager to help create a smooth, welcoming, and well-run workplace for colleagues, visitors, and partners. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Act as the main point of contact for office operations, travel arrangements, daily administrative topics, and payment approval processes.
• Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a professional and positive office experience.
• Coordinate business travel and maintain accurate, well-organised travel information.
• Prepare internal meetings and manage logistics, practical arrangements, and related coordination.
• Oversee office equipment, furniture, snacks, beverages, and general office supplies.
• Administer office-related contracts and services, including company pool cars and mobile phones.

Your profile

All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? To feel confident, supported, and successful in this varied role, your ideal background could look like this:

• At least five years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar operational support role.
• Italian C1 and English C1 communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
