Overview
In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile di proporre e vendere investimenti a una rete di investitori, costruendo relazioni a lungo termine con clienti esistenti e potenziali. Lavorerai in un team milanese dedicato al mercato italiano e Ticino, contribuendo allo sviluppo della pipeline e al supporto alle funzioni di vendita e strutturazione. Affronterai sfide di analisi di strumenti finanziari e di mercato in un contesto internazionale. Questa posizione offre l'opportunità di plasmare l'offerta di investimenti in un hub tech-oriented.
Responsabilità
- Proporre e vendere investimenti a una rete di investitori
- Sviluppare e mantenere liste di clienti target
- Servire i clienti per risolvere richieste e fornire supporto alle squadre di vendita e strutturazione
- Partecipare alle riunioni di vendita
- Sviluppare pitch e memorandum informativi
- Comprendere analisi finanziaria e modellizzazione
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or higher in qualità equivalente
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza sell-side (investment banking, asset management)
- Forte conoscenza finanziaria e interesse per mercati globali, private equity e fondi
- Comunicazione interpersonale efficace e rete di contatti consolidata
- Capacità di origination di nuove relazioni con visione a lungo termine
- Interesse per tech, blockchain e crypto
- Profilo versatile, dinamico, in ambiente di lavoro rapido e orientato al team
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e gestione efficiente del tempo
- Fluente in italiano e inglese; francese utile
- Ottime capacità comunicative
- Orientamento al cliente
- Teamworking e collaborazione
- Analisi finanziaria e modellazione
- Conoscenza di strumenti di investimento e strutturazione
- Comunicazione e presentazione di pitch
