Overview

As a BD Senior Specialist in Milan, you drive strategic marketing and client development initiatives to advance the firm's priorities in Italy. You partner with market leaders to translate industry insight into actionable plans that grow client relationships and win new business. You will coordinate cross‐functional efforts across marketing, events, and communications to maximize impact. Responsabilità

• Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing plans to support market priorities
• Provide research, analysis, and reporting to identify new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Support the local marketing strategy with measurable impact
• Build fluency in the client base to pursue opportunities from new and existing clients
• Collaborate on local pitches, proposals, biographies, and directories
• Coordinate with Europe BD, events, PR, and social media teams to support client events and sponsorships
• Partner with Brand & Communications to ensure coverage for matters and initiatives across teams

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in a BD role within professional services (legal or consulting)
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in teams with a customer service focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving technology platforms
