Posizione:
Gestione offerte e quotazioni: preparazione e invio di offerte commerciali, raccolta informazioni (configurazioni, listini, condizioni), impaginazione e controllo formale. Inserimento e gestione ordini: order entry, verifiche dati cliente, codici prodotto, prezzi/sconti approvati, termini di consegna e pagamento; monitoraggio stato ordine fino all’evasione. Gestione CRM/Odoo: aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti/prospect, pipeline e opportunità, tracciamento attività, pulizia e qualità dei dati (data quality). Supporto al team sales: predisposizione documentazione commerciale (schede, brochure, dichiarazioni standard, documenti per spedizioni/forniture quando richiesto) e follow-up verso clienti. Coordinamento interno: interfaccia con logistica/operations, finance/amministrazione e assistenza tecnica per allineare tempi, disponibilità, fattibilità e documentazione. Reportistica base: estrazione e aggiornamento report (offerte emesse, conversion rate, ordini, backlog, forecast di base) a supporto della direzione commerciale
Requisiti:
esperienza pregressa nella mansione buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese e preferibile conoscenza del francese ottima padronanza del pacchetto office
