So, if you are passionate about space and ready to take your ambition to new heights, join us in our global mission to push the boundaries of what's possible! /p pOperating in the Product and Quality Assurance department, part of Operational Excellence, and reporting to the Head of Product Assurance, the Product Assurance Specialist (PAS) will be cooperating with Product Assurance Managers for product assurance and safety for D-Orbit’s platforms, driving quality across the assigned product portfolio. /p pAcross the product lifecycle, the PAS will develop, implement, and maintain product assurance practices and related disciplines, including EEE, radiation assurance, materials and processes, software quality assurance, quality assurance, RAMS, and SQA. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage Product Assurance activities and related disciplines throughout the project lifecycle, participating in day-to-day project activities. /li liActively contribute to project reviews by preparing required documentation and reviewing documentation produced by the team. /li liManage non-conformance review activities, including NCR coordination and follow-up. /li liPerform tailoring activities and prepare statements of compliance for externally provided project requirements, including ECSS requirements. /li liEnsure that products and services comply with applicable internal and external standards and requirements. /li liWork in synergy with the Product Assurance Manager and Engineering team. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liPrevious experience in institutional or commercial space programs. /li liPrevious experience in the aviation sector. /li liExperience with ECSS standards, or willingness to develop ECSS expertise. /li liAt least 2 years of proven experience managing product assurance activities. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong communication and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to work effectively as part of a team. /li liRigorous and methodical approach to work. /li liAbility to think ahead, anticipate risks, and propose preventive actions. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline. /li /ul h3Language/IT /h3 ul liFull professional proficiency in the English language. /li liMicrosoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) /li liRequirements Database (Doors, Jama, Code Beamer) /li liCooperation tools (Confluence, JIRA) /li liEclipse /li liDeep knowledge of AI tools /li /ul pWe offer a base salary range of €30,000–€40,000 gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location, plus a performance-based variable component.
