Adecco Italia S.p.A. ricerca, per importante realtà operante nel settore della micromobilità elettrica, due Supervisori Officina che coordini il team di meccanici e garantisca elevati standard di qualità e sicurezza nelle attività di manutenzione e riparazione di bici e monopattini elettrici.
Responsabilità
Responsabilità principali:- Coordinare le attività quotidiane del team di meccanici e supportare il raggiungimento dei target operativi.
- Monitorare la presenza alle postazioni e il rispetto degli orari di lavoro, delle pause e dei rientri.
- Verificare il rispetto delle procedure operative, delle regole di sicurezza e del corretto utilizzo dei DPI.
- Intervenire tempestivamente in caso di comportamenti, condizioni o attività non conformi agli standard di sicurezza.
- Osservare il lavoro dei meccanici e fornire feedback chiari, diretti e costruttivi.
- Supportare la formazione e lo sviluppo delle competenze del team.
- Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo, professionale e rispettoso.
- Ispezionare bici e monopattini elettrici appena riparati per verificare l'assenza di anomalie residue.
- Controllare la corretta esecuzione delle riparazioni meccaniche, elettriche ed elettroniche.
- Effettuare test funzionali e ride test.
- Registrare sull'app aziendale l'esito del controllo qualità e le eventuali ulteriori riparazioni necessarie.
- Restituire ai meccanici i mezzi non conformi, fornendo feedback immediato sulle correzioni da effettuare.
- Segnalare problematiche ricorrenti e necessità di formazione o aggiornamento delle procedure.
- Garantire che i mezzi non conformi o non sicuri non vengano rimessi in servizio.
Skill e Professionalità
Requisiti- Esperienza nella diagnostica e riparazione di bici e monopattini elettrici.
- Buona manualità e attitudine pratica.
- Capacità di identificare guasti e sostituire componenti meccanici, hardware ed elettronici di base.
- Attitudine alla gestione e al coordinamento di un team operativo.
- Richiesta disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e giorni festivi, in base alle esigenze operative.

Si offre
- Contratto regolato dalCCNL Commercio.
- Inquadramento al IV livello.
- Retribuzione lorda mensile: € 1.785,00.
- Contratto iniziale di 15 giorni o 1 mese, con possibilità di proroga.
