In this role you will manage a dedicated team. /p h3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul libEnsure execution of commissioning activities. /b Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover activities in line with contractual requirements, safety, quality, budget, and schedule. /li libPrepare and manage commissioning plans and procedures. /b Develop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, manuals, schedules, system breakdown, handover priorities, and related documentation. /li libReview engineering and project documentation. /b Verify that commissioning, operability, maintainability, start-up, and operation requirements are properly incorporated into engineering deliverables such as PIDs, 3D model, manuals, test run procedures, and technical documents. /li libCoordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces. /b Define personnel mobilization, temporary logistics, subcontractor scope of work, vendor/licensor involvement, spare parts, consumables, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams. /li libEnsure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness. /b Support HSE planning, participate in risk reviews where required, monitor KPIs and progress, ensure commissioning readiness, and manage the orderly handover of systems to the Client/operator. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pFor a Commissioning Lead, we are looking for a profile with the right balance of technical commissioning expertise, project execution capability, leadership, and HSE mindset. /p ul liStrong commissioning and start-up experience /li liSolid technical and engineering background /li liPlanning, coordination, and execution control /li liLeadership and stakeholder management /li liStrong HSE, quality, and risk awareness /li /ul pIn one sentence: we need someone who can translate engineering into safe and efficient plant start-up, lead people and interfaces, anticipate issues, and ensure systems are delivered ready for operation according to project objectives. bEducation: /b Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical) bExperience: /b 15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead role within LGN PLANT industry bLanguages: /b English (Advanced) French (nice to have) bTechnical/IT Skills: /b /p ul liWork in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. /li liEnsure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /li liEnsure compliance of the Yard / Onshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. /li liTechnical knowledge of LNG PLANT and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. /li liKnowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). /li liKnowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background. /li liCapable to Read, interpret prepare applicable technical information. /li /ul h3What else should you know? /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the ROVUMA in HO, Yard Onshore Site assigned. /p h3What can we offer to you: /h3 ul liPay not lower than 56.000 € /li liCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /li liHybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance. /li /ul h3Transparency Note /h3 pAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills.
