Overview

In this Clinical Trial Manager role, you will oversee day-to-day trial operations within our Milan team, ensuring compliance and delivery of study milestones. You will act as the primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and guide cross-functional teams through protocol and deliverables. You'll apply your therapeutic area knowledge to manage risks, vendors, and site quality, contributing to efficient phase 1–4 trials. Responsabilità

• Oversee day-to-day trial operations per contract and regulatory standards
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and deliverables
• Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
• Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure project-specific training
• Review and input on study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final report
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk
• Oversee study vendor management
• Manage site quality and supervise CRCs and monitoring deliverables

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in a health or life science-related field
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience
• CRO experience preferred
• Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
• Management of overall project timeline
